A negative reputation can cause Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to reject them or classify them as spam, regardless of the content. To improve your reputation, it is crucial to validate your mailing list and make sure it is free of incorrect data or unwanted contacts. This helps reduce bounces, prevent unsolicited mailings and increase open rates.

Some tactics to strengthen your reputation:

  • Validate your mailing list on a regular basis.

  • Maintain a constant delivery frequency.

  • Eliminate inactive contacts or, if not possible, at least segment them.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all our communications. Your contact information is stored on servers located in the European Union and encrypted in accordance with our privacy policy. Access to them is restricted to authorized personnel with the necessary credentials only.

Contact databases become outdated over time. For those exceeding 1 million emails, it is advisable to validate them every 2 weeks, while for smaller databases, once every three months is sufficient.

A REST API allows communication between systems via HTTP requests, using methods such as GET, POST and PUT, and is based on client-server architecture.
