Protection of personal data
The protection of your personal data is one of the concerns of Skeyon Lab S.L. (hereinafter “Skeyon Lab”) in its relationship with customers and third parties. In order to preserve and guarantee your privacy at all times, and in strict compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”) and its adaptation to the European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection, Skeyon Lab informs you that by completing the registration form and accepting it by clicking the “Send” button, your personal data will be incorporated and processed in the files owned by Skeyon Lab, which, for the appropriate legal purposes, is identified as responsible for them.
The User must complete all required fields of the registration form. Otherwise, Skeyon Lab will not be able to provide the services for registered users offered on the Portal.
The data collected through the Portal’s data collection forms will be incorporated into a personal data file for which Skeyon Lab is responsible. This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing the relationship with its clients and promoting the activities of Skeyon Lab. Likewise, Skeyon Lab will cancel, delete and/or block the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on data protection.
Skeyon Lab informs you that your personal data is collected for the following purposes: (i) to be able to provide you with the services to which you will have access through our Portal, a description of which can be found in the registration form; (ii) commercial and advertising: both of Skeyon Lab products and of companies of its corporate group and third parties, regarding products, services, offers, promotions, and any other advertising activities; (iii) administrative: sending of invoices, etc.
Skeyon Lab adopts the security levels required by the Security Measures Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of June 21 and its adaptation to the European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation. Notwithstanding the above, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to the malicious actions of third parties.
Finally, Skeyon Lab informs Users that in the event that they provide personal data of third parties, Skeyon Lab, in compliance with the provisions of article 5.4. LOPD, will inform said third parties, within three months from the moment of registration of the data, of the content of the data provided, of the origin of the same, of the existence and purpose of the file containing their data, of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the identification data of Skeyon Lab, S.L.
By clicking on the “Send” button on the corresponding form, the User expressly consents that his/her data may be used for sending commercial communications by e-mail or by any other means. The forms will incorporate “check boxes” to define the communication channels desired by the user.
In the data collection forms, the mandatory fields appear in red if they are not filled in, although, in any case, if the User does not provide the corresponding data, Skeyon Lab may at its sole discretion deny the corresponding service.
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with us and, once it has ended, for the statute of limitations of the obligations that may have arisen from the processing of the data and/or the periods established by law.
As Data Controller, we are committed to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the exercise of your rights. You may exercise the following rights at any time:
Right of Access. You have the right to confirm that we are processing your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy of such data and full information about the processing.
Right of rectification. You have the right to correct errors, modify inaccurate or incomplete data and ensure the accuracy of the information processed.
Right of suppression. You have the right to request the deletion of your data without undue delay, in case the processing is unlawful or the purpose for which it was collected or processed no longer exists.
Right to limitation of processing. You have the right to request the suspension of processing if the processing is unlawful or the accuracy of the data has been challenged.
Right of opposition. You have the right to object to the processing of your data when it is for direct marketing purposes or when the processing must cease for reasons related to your personal situation, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated or it is necessary for the exercise or defense of claims.
The right not to be subject to individualized decisions. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or affects you, unless it is necessary for the performance of a contract, is permitted by law or you have given your explicit consent.
